This Privacy Policy explains how StoresWiki LLC ("ViserAd", "we", "us"), operator of the ViserAd platform, collects, uses and protects your personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Italian law.

Information we collect

• Account data — name, email and password (or your Google profile if you sign in with Google).
• Subscription & billing — plan, credit balance and limited payment details (full card data stays with our payment processor).
• Content you submit — the briefs, text, brand assets and prompts you provide to generate ad creatives, banners and videos.
• Technical data — device, browser and IP address via cookies.

How we use it (legal bases)

We process data to provide the service and your account (contract, Art. 6(1)(b)), to secure and improve the platform and prevent abuse (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f)), for optional marketing and non-essential cookies (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)), and to meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).

AI processing

The briefs and assets you submit are sent to our AI provider solely to generate your ad creatives. We do not sell your content, and we retain it only as long as needed to provide and support the service.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run ViserAd — our AI provider, payment processor, and hosting, email and analytics services acting on our instructions — and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

Your rights

You may access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data and object to certain processing. Contact [email protected]. You may also complain to the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Security & retention

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, and keep personal data only as long as necessary before deleting or anonymising it.
