Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 June 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of ViserAd, the AI advertising-creative platform operated by StoresWiki LLC, Via Giuseppe Mazzini 4, Belpasso, 95032, CT, Italia ("ViserAd", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
ViserAd lets you generate ad banners, creatives and videos with the help of AI, on free and paid credit-based plans. We may add, change or retire features over time to keep the service current.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Plans, credits and billing
Paid plans grant a monthly or yearly allowance of generation credits at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew at the end of each cycle unless cancelled beforehand; you can cancel anytime from your account. Free-plan output may carry a watermark. Refunds follow your statutory rights, including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use ViserAd to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful advertising, to misuse third-party brands or imagery you have no right to use, or to disrupt the service. You are responsible for ensuring your ads comply with applicable advertising laws and platform policies. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
5. Your content and AI output
You retain ownership of the assets you provide and, subject to these Terms and your active plan, of the creatives you generate. AI output is provided without warranty of accuracy, originality or fitness for a particular purpose and should be reviewed before publication.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, with the competent courts of Catania (CT) having jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights.
